Excursion

Goodbye ISSRE 2014, Goodbye Naples
Thursday, November 6, 4:30pm

To say goodbye to all ISSRE 2014 attendees, we will let you enjoy Naples in a glance with a guided city tour through the most representative spots of the city.

Naples blends history, nature, culture, art and romance: a unique mix that create a magical atmosphere.

An half-day trip escorted by expert guides will lead you through the streets that have made the city of Naples famous all over the world. Each corner will let you see a different essence of the city: sometimes aristocratic, sometimes popular, sometimes picturesque and colourful.

From Piazza Trieste e Trento, with the Umberto Shopping Gallery and the San Carlo Opera House, to the close Royal Palace, one of the Bourbon's residences when Naples was the Capital of its own kingdom.

Going back to Via Caracciolo we will cross one of the most well-known promenade in the world, up to Mergellina, a romantic marina where aristocratic buildings mix up with the typical fishing wooden boats.

From there we will reach the hills of Posillipo and Vomero, two privileged panorama viewpoints where Naples shows all its beauty and glory.
