Publications

Attention to ISSRE Authors:

Papers from various tracks will be published in one of two proceedings:

  1. Conference Proceedings (Research Track)
  2. Supplemental Proceedings - (Workshops, Industry Track, Student Program, Fast Abstract Track)

Both proceedings will be distributed to ISSRE attendees on a CD-ROM.

The Conference Proceedings will be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore database and be indexed by all the A&I (abstracting and indexing) partners such as the Ei Compendex. However, only a subset of the Supplemental Proceedings will be uploaded to IEEE Xplore: the workshop papers and some industry papers (this possibility is new this year, see the corresponding CFP-Industry). The final IEEE Conference and Supplemental Proceedings will appear as separate volumes of the ISSRE series.

Please note that at least one of the authors must have registered (full registration rate) for a paper to be included into the CD-ROM Proceedings. Moreover, the final IEEE Proceedings will only contain papers that have really been presented at the conference.

Formatting Instructions

All papers must follow the IEEE Computer Society Format Guidelines (8.5" x 11" x 2). An Author Kit is available from IEEE CPS: DOC, PDF, LaTex Formatting Macros.
Please refer to the CFP of each track for more specific instructions (e.g., paper length).

Final Submission and Copyright Forms

The acceptance notification messages will include a link to the submission site for the camera-ready versions of the papers. Please be aware that a signed IEEE Copyright form must accompany each paper to be included in the CD-ROM Proceedings, whether or not the paper is also to be included in the final IEEE Proceedings. In particular, it means that the camera-ready Industry contributions (papers, abstracts or slides) should not contain any already copyrighted material.
