Notes:

  • For each paper being presented, at least one author must register with full registration (not at the student rate, nor at life member rate) within September 21st.
  • Student Member rate does not include the social event.
  • Social Event ticket can be bought for 110 USD.
  • Cancellation requests must be provided in writing to IEEE MCE Event Management Services and received by October 20th, 2014. There will be an administrative fee of 20% deducted from each refund. There will be no refund for registrations canceled after October 20, 2014.
  • Note that the extension to October 20th is only for the early registration. The deadline for the authors' registration is still September 21st. Not yet registered authors are invited to register soon for papers being included in the proceedings.
